Once you have completed the enrolment process in the app, your employer will need to action a few items behind the scenes. — This part of the process can take up to 7 days. 

What can I do if it has been 3 days or more?

Reach out to your HR team to inquire if one of the following might apply.  

  • Your banking or personal details are needed before enrolment can be completed.
  • If you meet the company eligibility requirements.
  • If you are on disciplinary action or have you recently been terminated? 

If your employer has determined none of the above is applicable, please reach out to our Support Team so we may troubleshoot further.
