If your employer mistakenly pays you directly on payday rather than stream your salary as normal, you might end up with a negative balance. This will prevent any future access to streaming until the balance has been reset. We have two remedies to resolve this issue:

  • If no action is taken, your ability to stream earned wages will resume once you have accrued enough to cover the negative amount.
  • Alternatively, if you would like to make a payment to your Wagestream ledger, this will clear the balance and set you back to £0, so that you can once again stream any accrued wages in the current pay period.
