Why Haven't My Shifts Updated?
You've worked your shifts. Your manager even said they were approved. So why are they not appearing in the app as expected?
The most common reason why you have not seen your shifts appear in the app is that your administrator, normally your employer's HR Department or Benefits and Rewards Team, has not yet submitted these shifts to Wagestream.
The approval/submission frequency of worked shifts can vary, depending on your employer. Please see When Will My Worked Shifts Update? for more information.
Please reach out to your employer to inquire about any worked shifts missing from your Wagestream ledger.
